Important Class Information

ON-GOING CLASSES are designed so you can join them ANYTIME throughout the term, and are for all ranges of experience. Beginners are welcome. Classes are set up to find ways of working within your comfort range while challenging limitations. Modifications are provided for those with sore backs, or stiff knees, for example, so everyone can participate. More challenging variations will be provided for those who want the added challenge and details. We encourage you to ask any questions you may have.

PREREQUISITE CLASSES are recommended for those who have studied with the instructor for a minimum of one year, are willing to commit to attending this class every week, and have the instructor's permission to attend by calling 614-841-5396.

PLEASE NOTE that we will be open 15 minutes before each class begins but to facilitate an environment conducive to practice, latecomers will NOT be admitted. Wear comfortable clothing. Please refrain from wearing perfumes or colognes. Yoga mats and other equipment are provided.

On-Going Class Fees

To attend ANY combination of the ON-GOING classes on the schedule above (except Yoga Sadhana $95, and Pilates Commitment $85), you can purchase a Class Pass. Discounts are available for Center for Wholeness members.

Drop-Ins welcome $12 per class
4 - class pass $42 ($10.50/class)
8 - class pass $76 ($9.50/class)
12 - class pass $102 ($8.50/class)
20 - class pass $150 ($7.50/class)
30 - class pass $195 ($6.50/class)

         
 

To Register for On-Going Classes

Registration is complete upon receipt of payment (cash, visa, mastercard, or discover welcome, or check made payable to Arjuna Movement Arts) with the following information:
- name
- address including zip code
- home phone
- work phone
- email address
- please indicate what you are purchasing
(ie. class pass, or name of workshop, and dates)
- and the total amount.

You can download a registration form and mail or phone in your registration and payment information to Arjuna Movement Arts. You can also purchase Class Passes 15 minutes before class begins. Please note the terms of sale that apply when you purchase class passes. You will receive confirmation of your registration when it has been processed.

         
 

ADDITIONAL T'AI CHI & PILATES CLASSES

Please note that these classes have a separate registration system and location from Arjuna Movement Arts. (Arjuna Class Passes cannot be used for these classes.)

Continuing T'ai Chi Ch'uan with Ernest Choi

Students will learn and practice a Yang Style Long Form, adding other elements of T'ai chi practice, including push hands and sword form if they wish. Though it is helpful to take Introduction to T'ai Chi before, or concurrent with this class, it is not required.

FREE T'AI CHI CLASSES ON OSU CAMPUS

There is a T'ai Chi group that practices Yang Style long form of T'ai Chi Chu'an outside on the South Oval in the summer, and at the OSU Ohio Union Building Room in the fall. Beginners are welcome. Pilates Mat Class
for Continuing & Beginning Students
with Fanny Santiago-Saavedra

Pilates mat class works the core muscles of the spine and abdominals to achieve lean muscle mass, and efficient movement and alignment. It uses simultaneous stretching and strengthing of muscles, in a non-impact, balanced system of controlled exercises.
