Introductory Subscription CoursesIf you are new to these disciplines or to Arjuna, we recommend the Introductory Subscription Courses. They are designed to provide basic information, allow you to become familiar with our teaching styles, and smooth the transition into the ON-GOING OPEN Classes. Pre-registration at least one week in advance gives us time to send you your confirmation and suggestions on what to wear and bring. To register, contact us or you can download a registration form. This workshop provides the foundation for attending any of Diane's On-going/Open Yoga Classes. Intro to T'ai Chi with Ernest ChoiT'ai Chi Ch'uan is a health practice, martial art, and self-cultivative discipline from China. Employing softness, receptivity and ease, T'ai Chi is an ideal exercise for old and young, fit and not-so-fit. The postures are linked together in a slow and continuous stream of movement which is designed to restore optimal function to all systems of the body, while forming a foundation for martial application and understanding.
