Confirmation of Enrollment

Registrants will be sent confirmation of enrollment and receipts by mail with specifics on location and directions to the facility. You will be contacted by phone if you register after the earlybird registration date.

Refunds

Please note that refunds (less a $35 administrative fee) can be obtained if we receive cancellations in writing by the earlybird registration deadline. There will be no refunds after the earlybird registration deadline but substitutions are accepted.
