Recommendations
If you would like to enhance your comfort and facilitate your participation
in the courses, we highly recommend the following:
- wear comfortable clothing to move in (avoid wearing tight belts or jewelry).
You may want to wear layers (ie wear a t'shirt and bring a sweatshirt) so that you can
remove or add layers to accommodate any changes in temperature.
- if you eat a large breakfast, we recommend eating it at least 2 hours before
the start of the course, so the main work of digestion will have been completed
before we do postures or movement. Eating lightly is usually OK. Drinking water
will be available throughout the day but not food. If you have a condition such
as diabetes that requires you to eat throughout the day, please come prepared with
your own food supply to meet your particular requirements.
- we will be removing shoes and socks, and sitting or lying on the floor. If this
is difficult or not possible for you to do, please contact us at (614) 841-5396

arrangements for you to be comfortable.
- please refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, or fragrances. Thank-you!
